1.Returns accepted within 10–14 days of delivery only for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. Non-refundable for “change of mind” or wrong device model chosen.
2. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and reported within 14 days of delivery if damaged or defective. Because each skin is custom made, all other sales are final.
3.Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
4.Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
